Data Deletion Policy

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@vitamyth.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Tell us the name and email address on the account, and the website you used.
3. We may ask one verification question to confirm the request genuinely comes from you.

What gets deleted

• Your account login and password hash.
• Your profile details — name, phone number and addresses.
• Enquiry and support messages you have sent us.
• Marketing preferences and any mailing list entries.

What we must keep

Where an order has been placed, Indian tax and company law requires us to retain invoice and transaction records for up to eight financial years. Those records are kept in our accounting system only, are not used to contact you, and are deleted when the retention period ends.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
